Bridge Street Theatre A New Performing Arts Venue

October 28, 2014

Bridge Street Theatre is a non-profit corporation which purchased a factory building at 44 West Bridge Street in Catskill, NY. They converted the building into a 72-seat theater, which will house productions by their company, Kaliyuga Arts. The theater will also be available to other performing art groups and theaters, and because of its location adjacent to the Catskill High School, it will be able to provide theatrical opportunities for high school and middle school students.

While the Main stage is under constructions, we've converted the lobby of the future theater into the Speakeasy where they have already played host to an exhibition of a monumental balloon sculpture called AVIARY (re-imagined), and hosted performances of plays and music.
